At Materia Medica, we value our customers and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Our returns policy for our health & wellness and pet wellness products is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and convenience while maintaining industry standards for safety and hygiene.
Eligibility for Returns
General Criteria
Products may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
· The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
· The product is in its original, unopened packaging.
· The product has not been used, altered, or tampered with.
· All accompanying accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, certain items are non-returnable:
· Opened or partially used health and wellness products.
· Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
· Customized or personalized items.
· Items with damaged or missing packaging.
Exceptions
We will accept returns in the following cases:
· The product delivered was incorrect or different from what was ordered.
· The product was damaged or defective on arrival.
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

· Provide details for the return reason along with any supporting documents or images.
· Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 3 business days.
Refunds
Refund Process
· Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
· Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
· If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
· For other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
